After walking in his first two at-bats Monday, Trout took Hernandez deep in the bottom of the fifth inning for his seventh home run off the 2010 American League Cy Young winner — the most he has against any pitcher in MLB. He owns a career .387 average against King Felix — tops against any pitcher he’s faced in at least 30 at-bats.

The Angeles are last in the AL West standings, but Trout has remained one of the best players in baseball. The 25-year-old star is well on his way to another 30-home run, 20-stolen base season while batting over .300.

In fact, Trout became the seventh player to record three seasons of at least 20 home runs and 20 stolen bases prior to their age 25 season (Trout just turned 25 on Aug. 7).

So don’t worry, Hernandez, you are not alone.
