In a segment on Lindell TV, shared to Twitter by PatriotTakes, the businessman discussed the $1.6 billion lawsuit recently filed by MyPillow against Dominion Voting System and the $1.3 billion defamation lawsuit filed against MyPillow and Lindell by Dominion in February.
“It’s over for Dominion, it’s too late to close the gate, the cows are out of the barn,” Lindell said. “Dominion, you did your best to take our country through China, you did your best, you corrupt people. You tried to suppress our voice but you didn’t, you failed.”
Faced with a defamation lawsuit, right-wing media outlet Newsmax retracted and apologized for its false claim against Dominion last month, saying there’s no evidence that the company and Coomer, director of product strategy and security, manipulated the votes in the presidential election.
The move came after Coomer filed a defamation lawsuit against the media company in Colorado late December. Coomer pulled the lawsuit ahead of Newsmax’s retraction.
Lindell, who still claims that Coomer is guilty of voter fraud, urged the Dominion staffer to turn himself in to the police.
“Eric Coomer if I were you right now, instead of going over and making deals at Newsmax, if I were you, I’m turning myself in and turning in the whole operation,” he said, “so maybe, just maybe you get immunity and you only get to do, I dunno, ten [to] twenty years.”
Lindell added: “You’re disgusting and you are treasonous. You are a traitor to the United States of America. You know what, I can say that, just like I can about Brian Kemp and Brad Raffensperger. These are things I have evidence of. The evidence is there. It’s sitting there. Well Mike, why don’t you turn it all in to the Supreme Court and bring it to the FBI? Oh it’s getting to the Supreme Court everybody.”

Lindell, an avid supporter for former President Donald Trump, has repeatedly pushed his false claim that widespread voter fraud caused President Joe Biden to win the election.
In February, Lindell released Absolute Proof, a film claiming that a Chinese cyberattack determined the 2020 election results. OANN issued a 80-second disclaimer to the start of the film when it premiered on the network.
“Mr. Lindell is the sole author and executive producer of this program and is solely and exclusively responsible for its content,” the disclaimer read. “The topic of this broadcast is the 2020 election. OAN has undertaken its own reporting on this topic. This program is not the product of OAN’s reporting.”
